Julia Goings-Perrot Elevated to Partner

The law firm of Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC takes pleasure in announcing that Julia Goings-Perrot has become a partner as of January 1, 2010. Ms. Goings-Perrot has been an associate with the firm since 2004. She received her J.D with distinction from the University of Iowa and her B.A. from Grinnell College. Her practice areas include health law, employment law, intellectual property law and regulatory and compliance law. Ms. Goings-Perrot lives in Newburgh with her husband and three children.
